Dusting: To keep your crystal’s natural facets sparkling, gently dust with a dedicated soft-bristle dust brush. Avoid using rough materials that could snag on the raw stone.
​No Water: Never submerge your lamp or the timber base in water. The raw minerals and natural wood are porous; moisture can damage the structural integrity and the internal electrical components.

​Sunlight Protection: Keep your lamp away from prolonged direct sunlight. High UV exposure can cause certain crystals to fade or lose their vibrancy.

​Timber Base Care: Our native NT timber is hand-finished to highlight its organic character. To preserve the wood, keep the unit in a dry environment and away from high-heat sources.

​Electrical Safety: Always ensure the lamp is unplugged before cleaning.
