​The Timber: This striking base tells an incredible story of the Australian bush, hand-found by me in the rugged country of Humpty Doo. Instead of being carved by machinery, this native eucalyptus trunk was naturally hollowed out over decades by local termites, leaving behind a perfectly formed, robust wooden ring. I salvaged, cut, and meticulously finished this exceptional cross-section to showcase its dense, rich growth rings and weathered exterior, transforming a piece of raw wilderness into a refined work of art.
